A place where can get a sense of personal connection as you unlock your full potential. You can enjoy your own personal space or just mingle with the other guests. Whether it be our live music event or one of our enhancing workshop programs that transcends cultural boundaries, language, and backgrounds. Embrace yourself fully and create positive change in your lives.
In essence our lounge provides a personalised intimate setting where individuals and groups can explore their interests, passions and goals within all aspects of their being, mind, body and soul. Integrating Wellness in this journey and flourish with love.

Meat Gary
Gary has come a long way. Born in the east end of London in humble beginnings. He went on to study art and design before becoming a fashion designer and launching his first business in the early 90s. He Transformed and crossed over to Jewellery design in the early 2000s. All the while studying one of his true passion and vocation, Astrology. From the beginning of Gary’s esoteric journey, some 30 years ago now, to the present day. Formally studied and is a member of The Astrological Lodge of London. He has included the Astrology and spirituality in all his endeavours. Practicing compassion, gratitude and serenity has led him to life of service to humanity, his underlining motivation.
His other true passion and vocation is Music. Gary has always sung and played guitar from childhood. Taking lessons from his uncle who was formidable sax player and all-round instrumentalist, gave Gary confidence to play in the school band. He always had a voice but was only encouraged to use it once he left school. He’s played in various bands and solo projects to date.

Saturdays are our come Soul/Rock and Dance nights. Sundays Chill is our afternoon Hindi meets West Fusion Jam.
Sundays is our Jazz and jam afternoons, Sunday Chill.
We will be hosting other well-known artist also at our venue from time to time so keep in touch via our newsletter or any of our social media platforms.
